Welcome

I was born and raised in the heart of Cajun Country, Lafayette, Louisiana. Exposed to the Cajun way of life and the Southern vernacular, I have never forgotten these impressions and they influence me to this day.

My degree is in Architecture from Louisiana Tech University. I graduated in 1990 and ever since then I have worked in the residential architecture field. After graduation I craved hands-on experience, so I picked up a hammer and renovated old houses. I loved giving them a new life.

After reshaping and reviving these houses for 5 years it was time to work in an architectural office. For the next 10 years I worked with talented architects and designers on countless houses. These mentors gave me the training and experience I needed to go out on my own.

In 2005 I embarked on the wonderful adventure of self-employment. It’s an honor to provide the service of designing houses for homeowners and builders which I have done now for 20 years. My houses have been built throughout the southern US, and I’m blessed to be a part of all of them.

I live in Lafayette with my wife Liz. We have 4 children: Kristi, Lindsey, Brennan, and Auriel. And 5 grandchildren: Noah, Murphy, Marley, Olive, and Joy.
